Dr. Michael S. Brown
Dr. Michael Brown (Higher Education Administration, Ph.D.) has served at Bowling Green State University for the past 21 years in a variety of roles, including the Creator and Director of both the SEARCH Learning Community and the Vanguard Men’s Leadership Organization, the President of the Multifaith Alliance for Campus Professionals, and the Sales & Marketing Manager for Conference & Event Services.
Over the past two decades through local, regional, and national leadership as a management consultant, life coach, lecturer, and organizational architect, Dr. Brown has engaged thousands of university students, faculty, and staff around the world in exploring their purposes, relationships, and directions, with special emphasis on how big questions are integrated into their lives. Michael’s passions, practices, and research interests are anchored in human development, social justice, leadership philosophy, and redesigning and rebranding organizations for success.
